Drift Freediving will only accept returns and issue refunds or exchanges on products directly purchased from our website.

Damaged/Defective Orders

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of your purchase. If a package is damaged, missing items, or contains the wrong or defective items, customer must contact us within three (3) days of receiving the shipment to start the return/exchange process.

We will cover the cost of shipping the original package back to us. Once the original package is received back, we will reship your order free of charge.

Standard Returns

For all other returns, exchanges or refunds, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping and handling fees to us and for the reshipment. Drift Freediving can only accept returns or exchanges on products that are unused/unopened and merchandise that has not been worn or altered.

Free Items:

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on products acquired for free as part of a promotion.

Missed Deliveries

Drift Freediving is not responsible for any costs incurred due to an inability to receive a package rom a carrier and will not reship packages returned to us due to missed deliveries. Additionally Drift Freediving is also not responsible if a package is stolen after delivery.

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads, once acquired, are excluded from any refunds.

International orders

It is the customers responsibility to know the import regulations and laws within their country PRIOR to ordering. Once an order has shipped, Drift Freediving cannot be responsible for customs delays or additional costs, such as duties, taxes, and clearance fees. Each country has different customs fees; these duties, taxes, and fees are usually based on the price, weight, dimensions, and contents of the package being received. The customer is responsible for paying these additional costs and they are IN ADDITION TO the shipping and handling fees paid to us during checkout. Drift Freediving will not reship any international orders due to failure to clear customs. Customer may receive a refund if the goods are returned and received back by Drift Freediving. The refund amount will be for total amount of the purchase minus shipping and handling charges. International Returns/Exchanges Drift Freediving will accept international (non-US or Canada) returns or exchanges. We will refund the customer for the total amount of the purchase minus shipping and handling charges once the items are shipped back and received by Drift Freediving. Customer must pay for the return shipping and handling along with any applicable import taxes, unless the return is due to defective products or wrong orders. Customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees if the customer would like to do an exchange.
